About the Role

At Alight Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the implementation and maintenance of our SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP HCM system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and system diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless system integration and adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM releases, updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve system performance and user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, customization, and support.
  • Excellent technical skills, including SAP HCM configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
