Position Overview
Role Summary:
This position involves supporting the logistical operations within a laboratory environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration among team members and external partners.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 2 years (project-based)
- Salary: Grade 3 or 4 based on qualifications and experience (starting monthly salary at €2,706 or €2,919 post-tax, excluding pension and insurance) + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and the public.
- Manage organizational tasks to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
- Employ problem-solving techniques to address challenges and conflicts.
- Demonstrate excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assist in logistics and planning for events and projects.
- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exhibit motivated work habits and a proactive approach.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Possess basic knowledge of Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent, ideally in management, marketing, logistics, or related fields.
- Experience in management, marketing, or customer relations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with event planning is a plus.
