Job Summary

As an Application Support Specialist at HBX Group, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical incidents that impact our business operations. You will work closely with our product and development teams to identify and prioritize issues, and provide timely and effective technical support to ensure minimal disruption to our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket and incident management: Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnosis and analysis: Use technical expertise to diagnose and analyze complex technical issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to identify and prioritize issues, and provide technical support as needed.
  • Documentation: Generate accurate and detailed documentation related to incidents, including knowledge base articles and testing certifications.
  • Metrics and analysis: Monitor and interpret metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and proactively take actions to optimize performance.
