CRM & Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Product Executive to join our team at Betway Spain. As a key member of our CRM & Product Department, you will be responsible for executing the CRM and Product Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway product, mainly focusing on Casino Online product and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute CRM Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention, leveraging data-driven insights and market research.
- Manage Communication Channels: Oversee the management of various communication tools, including email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging, and landing pages, to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Drive Product Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new Casino products, features, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyze campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer outcomes.
- Content Creation and Management: Work with the creative department to develop engaging content, ensuring consistency across all platforms (mobile and desktop).
- Product Roadmap Development: Own the development of the Casino Product roadmap, ensuring final sign-off on game mechanics, user flows, and detailed specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to inform the Casino Product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
- Experience in the Gambling Industry: Proven track record in the gambling industry, with a strong understanding of online casino products and customer behavior.
- Fluency in English and Spanish: Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder, CDP, etc.) and good project management skills.
- Background in Casino Product: Previous experience working on casino products, with a deep understanding of game mechanics and user flows.
- Industry Connections: Established connections within the industry, with a strong network of contacts and partners.
- Content Management System: Familiarity with content management systems and the ability to manage and optimize content across multiple channels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Experience with performance analysis and the ability to track key metrics to inform business decisions.
