About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ATL Specialist to lead the planning and delivery of Above the Line campaigns for BYD Spain. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to drive business objectives and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement ATL plans and campaigns for Spain marketing team
  • Optimize and report on all campaigns, sharing results with the wider team
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure best practice creative is used
  • Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets
Key Results
  • Drive web traffic and leads through media campaigns
  • Improve the performance of ATL Paid media campaigns
  • Enhance brand awareness and image of BYD in Spain
  • Increase sales of BYD vehicles in Spain
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in buying ATL media campaigns. Your profile should include:

  1. University degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines
  2. Effective and fluent communication in English and Spanish
  3. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  4. 5 years' experience in buying ATL media campaigns
  5. Understanding of the media market and key media owners
  6. Knowledge of the current ATL landscape and contacts within the TV, OOH, and Radio industry
  7. Customer-oriented mindset
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills
  10. Resilient and open-minded
  11. Results-oriented, with the ability to work to deadlines and motivated to achieve results
