About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Development Trainee to join our HR Talent team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including invitation scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify learning needs and gaps within the organization by analyzing performance data, surveys, and gathering feedback from HR and managers.
  • Support the administration of performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend support materials to improve employee development.
  • Review and improve the onboarding process, implementing feedback from onboarding surveys and identifying key moments of the employee journey where enhancements can be made.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship or work experience in human resources or talent management is a plus.
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish.
