About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Business Developer to join our team at Univrse. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Web3 and gaming markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of growth and monetization strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop and present business proposals to senior management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in Web 3 and/or gaming
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and their application in gaming
  • Proven project management and strategic development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced level of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

  • Experience in creating and managing online communities
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital product development
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
  • Experience in lead generation or performance marketing
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and existing contacts in the sector
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales tools
  • Knowledge of Web 3 game economy systems
  • Ability to translate complex technical or strategic ideas into understandable terms
