About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at Byld | Corporate Venture Builder. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in building and growing our ventures from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish people-centric business strategies for our ventures, fusing design and strategy to drive business impact.
  • Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate business concepts, and craft user experiences.
  • Design and build digital validation artifacts, prototypes, and final products to validate business concepts.
  • Pivot as needed to achieve problem-solution fit and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in innovation consultancy, corporate innovation, or corporate strategy.
  • +2 years of entrepreneurship experience (staff, founder, or C-level in a startup or venture builder).
  • User-centric approach and business and service design experience.
  • Comfortable with no-code tools (Adalo, Figma, Airtable, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret quantitative data and understand user needs.
  • Knowledge of Web3 market structure and leading players.
  • Passion for trends and innovations in tech and Web3 (DeFi, NFT, tokenization, Metaverse, DAOs, etc.).
