Desde Retail Academy, centro de formación de Luxe Talent, consultora internacional de selección y formación especializada en el mundo de la Moda, Retail y Lujo, buscamos incorporar un/a Business Developer para formar parte de nuestro equipo.

Aunque la sede de Retail Academy & Luxe Talent se encuentre en Barcelona y seamos remote friendly, buscamos a una persona que resida en Madrid, preferiblemente.

Entrarás a formar parte de una empresa internacional, dinámica y con más de 15 años de experiencia.

Descripción del Puesto:


Desarrollo de negocio B2B y B2CEstablecer una relación de compromiso y confianza con todos y cada uno de nuestros partners.

Negociación con clientes propios y potenciales.

Identificación de nuevas oportunidades para el desarrollo de nuestro negocio en toda Europa, en formación como en servicios relacionados con RRHH.Priorizar la atención al cliente con el objetivo principal de fidelización.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad en nuestra relación con los procesos de formación de nuestros clientes.
Búsqueda constante de las mejores prácticas en relación a nuestra metodología y trabajo, siempre encaminada a la mejora continua.
Desarrollo de propuestas a medidas junto con nuestro equipo de facilitadores.

Experiencia como Business Developer en comercialización de servicios de RRHH de al menos 2 años;Estudios relacionados con el sector de RRHH y/o Psicología;Experiencia en Linkedin y en Social Selling;Valorable experiencia en consultoría especializada;Gusto por la moda y amplios conocimientos del sector Retail;Persona empática con fuertes valores de compromiso y trabajo en equipo.

Fluidez en Castellano e Inglés. Valorable una tercera lengua.
