About the RoleWe're looking for a Brand Experiential Manager to help build Revolut's brand globally. As a key member of the Growth team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing experiential marketing strategies that align with our overall brand goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for each activation.
- Oversee the execution of events, ensuring all elements are delivered seamlessly and meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, production companies, and other vendors to bring experiential campaigns to life.
- Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and timely delivery of services.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on their ability to deliver innovative solutions and quality outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets for experiential marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budget, and report on financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to maximise impact and ROI within the allocated budget.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for each activation to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Conduct post-event analysis to assess performance against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign outcomes and insights to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of experiential campaigns, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in experiential marketing or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and select vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
