Brand Specialist

The Brand Specialist position is a key role in driving the direction and execution of our brand marketing strategy and campaigns. Working closely with the Brand Manager and project leads, this individual will develop and bring occasions to the next level, as well as implement the annual marketing plan.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute 360-degree campaigns to boost brand penetration
  • Conduct market and consumer research, analyzing data from T&A, Kantar, and Nielsen
  • Turn data into compelling insights and develop plans to address them
  • Support the Marketing team in developing and implementing the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with national strategy and budget tracking
  • Establish strong relationships with the Red Bull HQ & Kastner team to align on strategy, identify new opportunities, and share best practices
  • Create branding and through-the-line communication for specific marketing projects in collaboration with the advertising manager
  • Manage budgets for assigned occasions and projects
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG product/brand marketing
  • Experience leading cross-functional 360-degree projects engaging all stakeholders
  • Experience working with data: Nielsen, Kantar, and research/consumer panel data
  • Experience working closely with Trade Marketing & sales
  • University Degree in Business administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, continuous learning, and application of best practices
  • Good balance between analytical and creative skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strategic vision
  • Passionate about marketing and aligned to Red Bull values
