We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Security Architect to join our team at Swiss Re. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technical security standards and guidelines for our public cloud environment
- Review, advise on, and approve security standards for various technologies within our IT landscape
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within our Enterprise Architecture teams to drive long-term cloud adoption
- Ensure business domain architecture aligns with group security requirements and provide feedback on business domain-specific requirements
- Oversee and ensure security requirements are set and implemented during application development and adhered to during the application life cycle
- Advance technical and organizational security competences and adapt to emerging security trends
- Passion for enterprise security architecture and a strong background in security architecture
- Several years of experience in security architecture or solution architecture
- Significant knowledge of major cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and standard methods
- Can-do attitude with a proactive approach towards challenges and a strong track record of producing tangible results
- Expertise in several of the following cybersecurity areas: application security, modern authentication and authorization protocols, cloud-native architectures, network security, APIs, and gateways
- Familiarity with creating, implementing, and reviewing security standards in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with agile application development processes and related security challenges
- A high level of integrity, result-oriented approach, and composure under pressure
- Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
