About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Specialist to join our team at Berghof Holding GmbH & Co. KG. As an Applications Specialist, you will play a key role in piloting new applications and assisting with the startup of new filtration systems in international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pilot Test Management
    • Define the goals and steps of pilot tests in detail with our customers to achieve the desired targets
    • Assist our customers with the startup and commissioning of ultrafiltration plants
    • Guide our customers through the entire process and ensure all relevant data is acquired
    • Analyze the results of pilot tests and convert the data into relevant information for the design of full-scale projects
  • Quotation Support
    • Assist our sales engineering team in defining quotations and discussing process-related documentation during the quotation phase, such as P&IDs and PFDs
  • Liaison and Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between international Sales Managers and the Technology department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Water Technology, or a similar field
  • Five years of experience in similar functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch and German are a plus)
  • Proactive team player comfortable balancing commercial and technological arguments
  • Problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges on the fly
