Cybersecurity Engineer - Automotive

Join AVL Iberica, a leading provider of mobility technology, as a Cybersecurity Engineer - Automotive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating cybersecurity risks in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Develop and implement security concepts and strategies for automotive systems.
  • Verify and validate implemented security solutions to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Monitor in-field products for potential security threats and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Consult with clients to improve their security methods and processes.
  • Develop and enhance in-house tools for various activities along the development lifecycle.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled student in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and evaluate cybersecurity risks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
  • Structured way of working and ability to create clear and concise reports.
  • Technical knowledge of cybersecurity measures and automotive technologies is a plus.
  • Interest in the field of automotive cybersecurity.
