Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational and revenue efficiency of advertising campaigns, focusing on ad supply utilization and inventory management.
- Develop and manage the strategy and roadmap for key advertising products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to establish the vision and business model for new product launches.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing player experience and advertiser performance.
- Design and implement A/B testing to optimize advertising products and assess expected outcomes.
- Monitor engineering team performance to ensure project timelines are met and resources are effectively prioritized.
- Provide insights on industry best practices and measurable objectives to achieve business goals.
- Perform ongoing performance evaluations and recommend technical improvements to maximize yield.
- Drive new business development initiatives with potential demand partners.
- Manage the performance of web platform advertisements.
- Collaborate with Product Development to create innovative advertising solutions that improve user engagement.
- Work closely with Finance and product teams to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing inquiries and finalize monthly invoicing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably on the publisher side, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and various ad technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of web advertising principles.
- Proficient in campaign lifecycle management, ad sales processes, and performance analytics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ad technology concepts such as targeting, programmatic advertising, and mediation.
- Experience in Business Development is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, Looker, and Tableau is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for mobile gaming and advertising is essential.
