Dutch Speaking Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic sales professional to join our team as a Dutch Speaking Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities- Cold Calling: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to establish relationships with potential clients and present our product offerings.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and develop customized sales strategies.
- Sales Closure: Leverage your persuasive abilities to convert leads into long-term business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
- Client Maintenance: Foster ongoing communication with existing clients to nurture relationships and identify further sales opportunities.
- Educational Background: Completion of higher education is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- Location: This is a full-time office-based role in our Barcelona office. We provide relocation support to help you settle into your new role and city.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Spain.
- Competitive Compensation: Earn 40,600€ OTE (35,000€ basic salary + uncapped commission), with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
