About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dutch Speaking Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Eco Plus Solutions AB in Barcelona. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our market presence in the digital marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. Utilize your skills to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals that contribute to our company's success.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients. Understand their needs, present our digital marketing solutions, and tailor your approach to meet their specific requirements. Your goal is to build long-lasting and fruitful partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to develop strategies and approaches that align with the latest developments in digital marketing.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective business strategies. Share your insights and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track your progress, report on key metrics, and provide insights into your business development activities. Your detailed reports will help us understand market trends and refine our strategies.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch: You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, with a good command of English. Clear and effective communication is essential for success in this role.
  • Sales Acumen: You have a passion for sales and business development. While prior experience in business development or digital marketing is advantageous, it's not mandatory. What matters most is your drive and enthusiasm to excel.
