Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our Finance Department as a Junior Finance Business Partner. Located at our headquarters in Madrid, this role will support the Manager Controller in the financial controlling of the Business Unit, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in reporting and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting (P&L) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Optimize and automate current reporting tools and processes.
- Management Reporting: Generate management and performance reports for the local unit to explain potential deviations.
- Financial Support: Provide support to various financial and controlling activities.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Economics and Finance, ideally with a focus on Controlling/Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a financial role.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures, and proficiency in Excel.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with French and/or German being a plus.
