Job OpportunityWe are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our Global Operations Team as a Junior Innovation Project Manager in our Global Headquarters in Madrid.
This role will be responsible for delivering a wide range of innovation projects, managing resources, and providing visibility into portfolio status. The successful candidate will also support teams involved in innovation, setting and maintaining project management standards.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage a well-defined project management process, developing tools and templates, and providing training in best practices.
- Coordinate and manage resources from various departments, including Operations, Global Quality, Marketing & Commercial, and Business Unit Managers, to ensure timely and proper development of innovation projects.
- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.
- University education with a degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in engineering or industrial organization.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Desirable experience and knowledge of the industry, marketing, P&L, operations, packaging, and/or R&D, especially in the food industry.
- Proven expertise in FMCG global organizations as a Project Manager, with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
- Expert knowledge of both Agile and Traditional project management principles and practices.
- Experience working with diverse teams in a matrix environment.
- Good communication skills to all organizational levels.
- Able to operate with senior managers within the Company.
- Able to work with competing goals.
- PMO certification is a plus.
