**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive future growth in international student recruitment
- Lead a team of professionals in identifying new business opportunities in existing and new markets
- Collaborate with high-profile clients and manage their expectations in line with deliverables
- Identify and prioritize opportunities that are most likely to generate profit
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B Education Agent partnerships
**Requirements**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field

- Proven track record of preparing strategies to acquire business in new regions and develop business in existing regions
- Experience working with B2B Education Agent partnerships
- Previous experience in direct International Student Recruitment
