About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and represent LogScale and NG-SIEM to prospective customers and partners. As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical face of our solutions, working closely with our sales team to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers and partners through the sales cycle
  • Provide technical value to prospective customers, answering questions, demonstrating capabilities, and laying out a technical vision for LogScale and NG-SIEM
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to customers and partners
  • Assist with internal enablement on related platforms, such as Falcon Search Repository

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of cybersecurity solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
