Sales Engineer, Ng Siem

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be the face of LogScale and NG-SIEM for prospective customers and our partners. You will work closely with our sales team to take ownership of the technical relationship through the sales cycle, maintain that relationship with the customer as they discover what LogScale and NG-SIEM can do for them, expand their use, and provide feedback to our Product Management team.
You will be an integral part of the enablement effort for the wider teams and partners within the Crowdstrike ecosystem. You will become a trusted advisor by providing technical value in your interactions with prospective customers, answering technical questions, demonstrating capabilities, and laying out a technical vision of LogScale and NG-SIEM.
In addition, you will act as a LogScale subject matter expert, assisting with internal enablement on related platforms such as Falcon Search Repository. You will work closely with the teams in sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering.
Your success in this role will have a significant impact on the expansion of LogScale worldwide. We are looking for a colleague with a great compassion for taking care of prospective customers and their challenges combined with well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills.
Experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR is required. This includes everything from data ingest, to parsing, to manipulation and visualization of the data, to proving out security use cases. Experience working with multiple outcome platforms is also an advantage.
