About the Role

Aircall is a leading provider of cloud-based communication solutions, and we're seeking an experienced IT Finance Consultant to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Corporate Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Product and Business goals through the effective configuration and implementation of our ERP system, Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Netsuite to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including Billing, Finance Business, Sales Team, IT Department, ERP Vendors, and Middleware Vendors, to understand business and functional requirements.
  • Prepare project scoping and estimations, and perform deployment of configuration, custom scripts, and workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize the flows between Netsuite and integrated platforms, reconcile and investigate errors, and customize reports and searches.
  • Implement and adhere to internal controls, and support external and internal auditors through walkthroughs and documentation.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years' working experience in ERP/Systems and Finance, with a strong background in configuration and implementation.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions in a user-friendly language.
  • Fluent in English, with French and/or Spanish spoken a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Computer/Information Science, or equivalent.
