Join Aircall as an IT Finance Internal Consultant

At Aircall, we value every voice and believe in the power of conversation. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking an IT Finance Internal Consultant to support our Corporate Systems team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate our Product and Business objectives through effective ERP process configuration using NetSuite.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including Billing, Finance, Sales, IT, and ERP vendors to comprehend business and functional needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Prepare project scopes and estimations, and execute deployment of configurations and custom scripts/workflows.
  • Oversee integration management by monitoring and optimizing workflows between NetSuite and integrated platforms, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Customize reports, dashboards, and records to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create process model diagrams and implement these processes across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist auditors through thorough documentation.
  • Manage governance across incidents, enhancements, and projects, balancing time effectively across these areas.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broad perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Adept at presenting ideas in a clear, user-friendly manner.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in ERP systems and finance.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, with consulting experience being advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
