Job Overview

Aircall is seeking a highly skilled IT Finance Internal Consultant to join our Corporate Systems team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product and Business goals through the ERP process configuration (NetSuite).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration and customization of NetSuite to meet business requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and functional requirements
  • Prepare project scoping and estimations
  • Deploy configuration, custom scripts, and workflows
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems
  • Customize reports, searches, dashboards, and transaction forms
  • Implement and adhere to internal controls
  • Support external and internal auditors
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in ERP/Systems and Finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish spoken are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Computer/Information Science or equivalent
