Internal Control Finance Senior Specialist

Amadeus is seeking a highly skilled Internal Control Finance Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) testing and provide independent assurance and advice to auditees.
  • Support Internal Control over Non-Financial Reporting (ICSR) testing and oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Prepare and maintain the internal control manual and methodology, and participate in external auditors' review of control efficiency.
  • Document necessary processes and procedures included in the ICFR scope, and support the ICSR scope.
  • Follow up on action plans for issues reported to the Audit Committee by Group Internal Audit, ensuring internal audit practices conform to established processes and professional standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in internal or external audit, in a corporation or an audit company.
  • Excellent financial and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products, and proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of another language is beneficial.
