About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Finance Internal Consultant to join our Corporate Systems team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product and Business goals through the ERP process configuration (NetSuite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand functional needs.
- Develop and implement project scoping and estimations, deployment of configuration, and custom scripts/workflows.
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems, monitoring and optimizing flows, reconciling errors, and investigating issues.
- Customize reports, searches, dashboards, and transaction forms to meet business needs.
- Design and implement process models, charts, and implementation of these processes across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and support external and internal auditors through walkthroughs and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ERP/Systems and Finance, with a strong understanding of NetSuite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent in English, with French and/or Spanish spoken a plus.
