Network Security Specialist: Spanish Language Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our EMEA region, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level support services to our partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Incident Resolution: Work on our 2nd level Service Desk to resolve partner and end-user incidents across our managed and support services. Install, uninstall, troubleshoot, data recovery, and maintain applications, products, and equipment.
- Coaching and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to 1st Level Service Desk agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to resolve incidents effectively.
- Escalation and Vendor Support: Escalate incidents to the next level and vendor support when the solution is unknown.
- NOC Management: Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC) to ensure security and availability are maintained, customer environments are accurately monitored, and Service Desk tools remain functional.
- Language Skills: Spanish speaking (fluent or native) and English B2/C1 (verbal and written communication).
- Experience: 3 years' experience working as a Network Security Engineer.
- Firewall Technologies: Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies.
- Industry Certifications: One or more of the following industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE, or equivalent vendor/industry certification.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge in Palo Alto Products.
- Training and Development: TD SYNNEX will fund the training to PCNSE accreditation.
