About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing the financial performance of our clients and ensuring the financial sustainability of their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead financial planning and analysis for multiple clients across various countries.
  2. Review and monitor monthly profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  4. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Analyze profitability of individual business lines and identify opportunities to improve margins.
  6. Support the production of financial reports for clients and stakeholders.
  7. Oversee and monitor structured projects and provisions.
  8. Manage cash flow and monitor invoicing processes.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including treasury, controlling, accounting, and HR.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. 5-6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  4. Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Previous experience in team management.
  8. Fluency in French and English required.
  9. Experience with generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, a plus.
