Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Almirall. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support our company's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial data for reporting and planning purposes, and prepare presentations for our senior management team.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of sales, gross margin, and SG&A in collaboration with our area controllers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term financial plans, including strategic reviews and scenario analysis.
  • Ensure a dynamic planning process, supporting our areas with budget, forecast, and 5-year financial planning.
  • Manage and maintain our ORSOFT analytical product view.
  • Coordinate with our affiliates and areas to integrate tool improvements and qualitative reporting packages.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, adapting hierarchies and changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration, with a focus on planning and strategic views.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and forecasting, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of finance and deep controlling experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion-Oracle (Planning) and Power BI (Reporting Tool).
  • Excellent English language skills.
