Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Almirall. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support our company's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate financial data for reporting and planning purposes, and prepare presentations for the Management Board.
  • Provide analysis of sales, gross margin, and SG&A in coordination with area controllers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term financial plans, including 5-year forecasts and strategic reviews.
  • Prepare and analyze different scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
  • Ensure a dynamic planning process, supporting areas with budget, forecast, and 5-year plans.
  • Manage and maintain ORSOFT, an analytical product view.
  • Follow up on demand plans for planning exercises.
  • Review and improve qualitative reporting packages provided by affiliates and areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration, with a focus on planning and strategic views.
  • More than 3 years of experience in financial planning and forecasting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of finance and deep controlling experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion-Oracle (Planning) and Power BI (Reporting Tool).
  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Power BI master user.
  • SAP (FI-CO-CO-PA).
  • Hyperion (Planning Tool).

  • Powerpoint.
