Job Title: Financial Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Almirall. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support our company's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate financial data for reporting and planning purposes
  • Prepare presentations for the Management Board
  • Provide analysis of sales, gross margin, and SGA in coordination with area controllers
  • Prepare strategic reviews for the Management Board, including long-term planning and scenario analysis
  • Ensure a dynamic planning process and support areas with budget and forecast planning
  • Manage and maintain ORSOFT, an analytical product view
  • Follow up on demand plans for planning exercises
  • Review and improve qualitative reporting packages
  • Coordinate between areas and integrate tool improvements
  • Manage Power BI and adapt hierarchies and changes in reports and tools

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration with a focus on planning and strategic views
  • More than 3 years of experience in financial planning and forecasting, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of finance and deep controlling experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Knowledge of Hyperion-Oracle and Power BI
  • Excellent English language skills
