Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in the Port Service business area. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support for our business, working closely with the project team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ordering Process: You will be responsible for managing the ordering process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to our customers.
  2. Project Scheduling: You will assist in scheduling projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Reporting: You will generate reports to track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  4. Customer Support: You will provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Negotiation with Suppliers: You will negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for spare parts, ensuring our business remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain: You should have a strong background in logistics or supply chain management, with experience in managing ordering processes, project scheduling, and reporting.
  • Technical Studies: You should hold a degree in engineering or a related field, such as FPII.
  • Language Skills: You should have a high level of English, with French being a valuable asset.
  • MS Office Skills: You should be proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to Travel: You should be available to travel occasionally, with a valid passport.
  • ERP (SAP) Experience: You should have experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, with a focus on sales and distribution.
