Vi är ett dynamiskt team på Webhelp i Spanien, där vi arbetar med att skapa unika kundupplevelser för våra kunder. Vi söker nu en driven och kommunikativ kundtjänstmedarbetare med försäljning som vill vara med och bidra till vår framgång.

Uppdraget

Som kundtjänstmedarbetare med försäljning på Webhelp kommer du att arbeta med att svara på inkommande samtal från våra kunder. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att bestå av att hjälpa kunder med deras frågor och problem, samt att föreslå och sälja våra produkter och tjänster. Du kommer att arbeta i ett team med andra medarbetare som delar dina värderingar och som är engagerade i att skapa en positiv kundupplevelse.

Vad vi söker

Vi söker en kundtjänstmedarbetare med försäljning som är driven, kommunikativ och har en god förmåga att arbeta i ett team. Du bör ha goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, samt erfarenhet av att arbeta med kundtjänst och försäljning. Vi ser också att du har en positiv attityd och en vilja att lära dig och utvecklas i din roll.
