We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our Operations team at Amazon. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure that our area of the business meets customer demands and targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives and maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
- Analyse and Improve Processes: You will analyse performance data and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
- Collaborate with Other Teams: You will work closely with other managers and teams to standardise shift processes and ensure that we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets.
- Monitor and Maintain Safety Standards: You will be responsible for maintaining safety standards within your team and across your site.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager who has a strong background in operations and logistics. You will have a bachelor's degree and advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language. You will also have relevant experience in performing data analysis and experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
