About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Online Food Experience team within the Food Digital team at IKEA. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing digital products used in stores and at home, across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Set a tangible product vision and strategy for the assigned area and product(s) to ensure delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs.
- Communicate the product strategy and vision to ensure the team is driving the product in the strategic direction.
- Demonstrate strong product development practices in daily interactions to enable high-performing teams.
- Align with and influence cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and data analytics, to ensure maximum impact.
- Demonstrate a data-driven and customer-centric approach to deliver successful outcomes for customers and co-workers in all Ingka markets.
- Define OKRs for the assigned area and products together with the team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and tracking towards the same goals.
- Document learnings and adopt a continuous improvement approach, transferring learnings to the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management in an agile and human-centric environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching global digital products.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in digital transformations is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
