Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Manager to join our European services team in a transversal role. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our European teams by developing product and technology-related projects across our service offerings. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new product or technology opportunities, aligning them with customer needs and market trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams in selecting the right products or technologies for their projects.
- Develop and maintain efficient dashboards and reporting tools to track booking, revenue, and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs, ensuring customer insights drive product and technology decisions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality, logistics, and other operational aspects related to product and technology implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery and product management.
