About the Role

Amazon Eu Sarl (Spain Branch) - C16 is seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join its Amazon Vendor Services team. As a Financial Expert, you will play a critical role in analyzing vendor financial deductions and identifying root causes of supply chain defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational defects to identify root causes of financial deductions and define joint action plans to resolve critical disputes or hold situations with vendors.
  • Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to create sustainable long-term results and build trusting relationships across job functions and levels within the vendor's organization.
  • Work on cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders to create new processes and improve existing ones, including facilitating better communication between teams and creating new tools and efficiency through offshoring of simple workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in creating comprehensive analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data analysis and project management.
