We are seeking a Global Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. This role will involve close collaboration with global IT and business process stakeholders to ensure the delivery of cybersecurity services as specified. The Cybersecurity Analyst will evaluate business processes within IT and across the organization, providing an external viewpoint that is independent of technology. This position will report to the Global IT Security Manager.
Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, creating visual representations such as swim lane and flow diagrams.
- Conduct data field mapping and document data flows within applications or business processes.
- Test business processes and work alongside Security Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance controls.
- Oversee significant Information Security projects.
- Assist in implementing mitigations based on business requirements and risk assessments.
- Document Information Security protocols and procedures.
- Develop and refine existing technical documentation.
- Collaborate as part of a team on Global Information Security initiatives to help mitigate risks.
Key Qualifications:
- A diploma or associate degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Cybersecurity domain.
- Intermediate knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies.
- A solid understanding of Risk Management and Identity Management is desirable.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27000, NIST 800 Series Special Publications, SOX, and PCI.
- Knowledge of security services including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Virus Protection, and Digital Certificates is advantageous. Familiarity with AAA (including 2-Factor Authentication) and PKI is a plus.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills, with a focus on customer service; fluency in English is essential.
