Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical oversight and guidance to the development team, ensuring that our applications are developed to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain our applications using a range of technologies, including C#, AngularJS, and T-SQL.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior developers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Product Backlog Management: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and that the development team has a clear understanding of the requirements.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with peer technical leaders to ensure that the product architecture is cohesive and meets the required functional and non-functional requirements.
- Research and Development: Research and analyze new technologies and frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement and integration into our solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our applications meet the required standards of quality and reliability through the creation of solid testing plans and the execution and reporting of test results.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Project Managers, engineers, Product Owners, and Product Managers, to ensure that the architectural vision for the product is understood and implemented.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience developing with an object-oriented language, with at least 5 years of experience developing with C# and 5 years of experience in full stack development.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an architect or team lead.
- Skills: Knowledge of Web APIs based Web Service development, experience developing responsive and accessible web applications, and experience with unit testing and related frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering General.
