We are currently seeking a Cluster Group, M&E Intern to
become part of our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Group.
The Role of Cluster Group, M&E Intern
As a motivated and sales-oriented individual, you will thrive
in collaboration with a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding service, believing that anything is achievable while enjoying our work.
Key Responsibilities of the Cluster Group, M&E Intern
Ensure allinquiries are addressed to RHG standards within the specified timeframe, delivering an
exceptional client and guest experience while adhering to company standards. Complete the
established inquiry process through to the signed contract stage, utilizing all
RHG tools to enhance conversion and sales opportunities. Engage in
the conversion of both inbound and outbound inquiries (as applicable) across
various platforms, fostering a sales-driven culture within the team to
seize all available opportunities for Radisson Hotel Group.
Actively seek new opportunities and cross-sell whenever possible. Collaborate with
colleagues to enhance client and guest satisfaction, providing a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem-solving. Continuously develop and
enhance your skills, knowledge, and experience within the meetings & events department, aligning with the company’s culture of growth, development, and performance.
Qualities We Seek in the Cluster Group, M&E Intern
Demonstratedexperience in meetings and events. Adaptability
to evolving service environments. Strong relationship-building skills with existing clients and accounts. Creativity to
foster a proactive sales culture. A proactive and
hands-on approach. A passion for the
hospitality sector. Effective time management skills to ensure task completion. Proficiency in
English and/or French and Spanish.
