About the Role

You will be a sales-driven, passionate, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Cluster Group Meetings and Events Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring all enquiries are answered to Radisson Hotel Group standards within the agreed time frame, delivering exceptional client and guest experiences.
  2. Completing the agreed enquiry process through to signed contract stage, utilizing Radisson Hotel Group tools to maximize conversion and sales opportunities.
  3. Participating in the conversion of inbound and outbound enquiries across all platforms, contributing to a sales-hungry culture within the team to capture all available opportunities for Radisson Hotel Group.
  4. Proactively seeking new opportunities and cross-selling at all times.
  5. Collaborating with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
  6. Developing and building own skills, knowledge, and experience within the meetings and events department, aligning with the culture of growth, development, and performance expected by the company.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  1. Proven experience in meetings and events.
  2. Ability to adapt to changing service environments.
  3. Strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
  4. Creativity to produce a proactive sales culture environment.
  5. Proactive approach with a hands-on attitude.
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry.
  7. Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered.
  8. Fluency in English and/or French and Spanish.
