Sales Strategy Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Strategy Analyst, you will be instrumental in overseeing essential functions within the sales division, including revenue forecasting, strategic planning, and financial reporting for the EMEA region. Your role will be crucial in delivering precise analyses, standardizing reporting formats, and working collaboratively with various teams, especially those in the APAC and AMS regions, as well as the strategic planning department. Your insights will significantly impact executive decision-making, resource distribution, and overall organizational performance, helping us sustain our leadership in the market. Your expertise will be pivotal in influencing strategic choices and enhancing our business outcomes.
· Delivering weekly commercial insights for both markets.
· Managing the revenue forecasting and strategic planning processes for both markets.
· Assisting business partners and stakeholders with on-demand analyses.
· Conducting productivity assessments.
· Providing analytical and data extraction support for various commercial initiatives (e.g., market segmentation for 2024, business rhythm, pipeline performance indicators, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance. Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, data analysis, commercial reporting, and visualization tools like Tableau. Skilled in analytical software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Effective management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks, adhering to deadlines, and driving cross-departmental initiatives. A proactive approach with a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and staying informed about industry developments.
