We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Data and Insights team as the Head of Global Data and Insights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our business transformation enabled by data and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing global Data and Insights team that defines, delivers, and scales value based on insights from data.
- Manage and run a diverse team across different countries, including data professionals, data engineers, program managers, and external partners.
- Work closely with the Chief Data Officer and fellow leaders to jointly drive business transformation enabled by data and digital.
- Collaborate with global digital and data business leaders, as well as functional leaders, to build a cohesive team that delivers end-to-end solutions.
- Value Creation and Strategic Road-Mapping
- Create tangible value based on insights from data and related digital solutions.
- Define a mid-term and long-term roadmap aligned with our company strategy to create value, scale the usage and value of data and AI.
- Lead end-to-end use case/business delivery to ensure that we move quickly from proof-of-concept to scaled products that create business value.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, data, digital, etc.).
- Over 10 years of experience in the area of digital and data, creating value out of data.
- Strong data competencies and skills with a desire to turn data into insights and value.
- Track record of leading teams and collaborating with tech-savvy teams of data experts as well as with business-focused teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business and tech ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Very strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills to build, motivate, and run teams.
- Pragmatic and hands-on person ready to go the extra mile to ensure success.
