Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing our brand presence in the Iberian Market, covering Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Building: Develop and implement national brand building strategies for assigned groups of brands, focusing on image and awareness development.
  • Management: Oversee all projects in Iberia for assigned groups of brands, including communication with clients, digital presence, and coordination with local KOLs, POSM, and merchandising units.
  • Trade Marketing: Execute Trade Marketing plans for mono-group/mono-brand and coordinate with Sales Teams and Customers.
  • Strategy and Activation: Develop brand strategies based on market and client knowledge, and recommend adjustments to central guidelines for local market and client specifics.
  • Marketing: Lead the brand building process to maximize distribution and visibility, increase sales rates, and implement brand initiatives in the Trade.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of two people, empowering them to achieve assigned group brand objectives and aligning them with organizational sales goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in brand management roles with a strong track record of close cooperation with sales teams in Digital projects, Trade Marketing, PR, and Events management.
  • Knowledge of the Premium Wines & Spirits industry is highly desirable.
  • Business planning skills, ability to analyze, plan, organize, execute, and evaluate projects independently.
  • Ability to cooperate with sales teams to achieve results and convince sales people to implement preferred projects.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency is required.
  • Availability to travel for brand events and activations or market visits with Sales Teams.
