About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Mygwork. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our tequila brands, with a focus on Casamigos.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and plans based on consumer, customer, and shopper insights to drive brand equity and growth.
  2. Market Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive scale, fame, and physical availability for our brands.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, and sales, to deliver business objectives and drive brand growth.
  4. Brand Performance Management: Lead the shadow P&L for the brands, understand and respond to drivers of brand performance, and deliver the annual operating plan.
  5. Media and Digital Strategy: Develop and execute media and digital strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  6. Brand Culture and Entertainment: Find, own, and build the role the brand plays in culture, working collaboratively with members of the Culture & Entertainment function.
Requirements
  1. Marketing Experience: 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and success.
  2. Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  3. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial and numerical acumen, with attention to detail and the ability to drive business results.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish, with French a plus.
