**Job Summary**

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Central Rewards team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our rewards and recognition strategies across all business units and regions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the rewards team and stakeholders to develop a cohesive rewards strategy that supports our business objectives.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of rewards initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
  • Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, bonuses, equity plans, and employee benefits.
  • Analyze industry trends to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive and attractive to potential and current employees.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation structure against industry standards and competitors.
  • Support the annual rewards cycle, including the global salary review and annual bonus process.
  • Communicate rewards programs, policies, and updates to employees and managers through clear and effective communication channels.
  • Work with the WFI team to utilize data analytics to assess the impact of rewards programs and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Depth of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems and familiarity with compensation analysis tools.
  • Strong administration, data, planning, and project management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
