Business Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Control Manager to reinforce controls by the first line of business. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and reinforce processes to enhance first line controls within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Implementation: Develop and oversee robust processes and procedures within the first line of business.
- Control Enhancement: Collaborate with the first line of business to identify control weaknesses and design solutions to strengthen controls effectively.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and control enhancements.
- Project Management: Drive initiatives related to control enhancement and process optimization, including coordination of analyst rotation and revision of regulatory disclosure and reporting procedures.
- Exceptional project and process management abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Independent thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of the three lines of defense framework.
- Accountable and dynamic with the ability to work pro-actively in full autonomy.
