About the RoleAs a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding service, resolve queries efficiently, and provide travel assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers and transportation partners worldwide, handling queries and providing solutions through phone calls, live chats, and emails.
- Think creatively to resolve complex issues, turning challenges into triumphs and creating unforgettable customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Excellent computer and internet skills, with previous experience in handling complaints.
- Prior experience in the tourism industry is a plus, as is competence in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive and positive attitude, with a strong team player mentality.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and challenges.
- Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
