## Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Exponent Energy. As a key member of our Strategic Sourcing team, you will be responsible for owning the Supply Chain of strategic commodities across categories, working closely with supplier partners, engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver Exponent Enabled Electric Vehicles with 15-minute rapid charging to the market.

## Key Responsibilities

* Drive supplier relationships to deliver supplier partner metrics of cost, quality, delivery, and localisation
* Negotiate prices, contracts, and onboard suppliers in tandem with New Product Development & Capex
* Drive sourcing projects and build process capabilities with partners across standard as well as built-to-print parts
* Benchmark cost and quality for parts; identify suppliers, process capabilities, or technologies that will drive productivity
* Drive supplier engagements to further innovation and quality across products
